In some cases, onset of Diabetes type II was found in a much lower rate. The Diabetes Journal stated that “Nineteen of 22 epidemiological studies concluded that long-term consumption of coffee, both caffeinated and decaffeinated, can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.”
One of the more interesting studies found that those who drink coffee after a heart attack are less likely to die from the incident.
